Thank you for choosing Weimaron products. To ensure your legal rights and interests. Please read the product manual before use for installation and use, and please understand the following warranty regulations.
1. Since the date of purchase, if there is any quality problem in normal use of the product, you can enjoy the following services with this card.
A. Within seven days from the date of purchase, you can ask the dealer to return the machine or replace it with a new machine of the same type, except appearance scratch.
B. If any quality problem occurs within one month of use, the dealer can be asked to replace the machine with a new one of the same type.
C. Free maintenance service can be provided if quality problems occur within one year of use, except man-made damage.
2. The warranty method is delivery repair, that is, the user sends the product to the designated dealer or maintenance point
3. When the product is sent for repair. The user must attach the accessory. Three packs of service cards and purchase tickets are ready
4. Beyond the delivery period. Please contact the dealer or repair point if you need repair
5. The following conditions are not covered by warranty:
A. Damage caused by use and installation not in accordance with the instructions
B. Use beyond the rated voltage of the machine to cause burn damage
C. Repair or modify without the consent of the maintenance personnel designated by the company
D. Machine number, warranty label removed, conversion
E. Damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, flood, fire, traffic accident, etc.)
F. Damage caused by improper use and all other man-made damage
6. Matters not covered herein shall be subject to the three Guarantees of product quality.
